Coupez les courgettes en petits d\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Vous n&rsquo;avez pas besoin de les \u00e9pluchez auparavant.<\/li>\n<li>Mettez une cuill\u00e9re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;eau dans les l\u00e9gumes pour \u00e9vitez que \u00e7a accroche. Faites-les revenir avec les carottes et le beurre.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez deux bonnes cuill\u00e9res \u00e0 soupe de miel, le sel et le poivre.<\/li>\n<li>Laissez confire environ 30 min tout en surveillant.
