boulang\u00e8re fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<li>Une gousse de vanille ou quelques gouttes d\u2019extrait de vanille<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Gla\u00e7age au chocolat :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul levure fra\u00eeche en miettes (ou la levure s\u00e8che r\u00e9activ\u00e9e dans 50ml de lait ou d\u2019eau ti\u00e8de pendant 5 minutes)<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-preparation__list__item\">P\u00e9trir \u00e0 vitesse moyenne pendant 6 minutes environ ou m\u00e9langer avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-preparation__list__item\">Ajouter le beurre coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s, puis continuer de p\u00e9trir pendant 4\/5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-preparation__list__item\">Laisser la p\u00e2te reposer dans un saladier recouvert pendant 1h30 (ou au four \u00e0 35\u00b0 avec un ramequin d\u2019eau \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour lui tenir compagnie \u2026)<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-preparation__list__item\">D\u00e9gazer la p\u00e2te (sur un plan de travail farin\u00e9, une feuille de papier cuisson ou un tapis en silicone).<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-preparation__list__item\">Placer la p\u00e2te au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur avec un couvercle pour 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-preparation__list__item\">Diviser la p\u00e2te en 2 parties, l\u2019\u00e9taler entre 2 feuilles de papier cuisson sur une \u00e9paisseur de 2 cm. C\u2019est la r\u00e8gle des 2\/2\/2 !<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-preparation__list__item\">D\u00e9couper les Donuts avec un emporte-pi\u00e8ce, prendre un bouchon ou le cul d\u2019un petit verre pour faire le petit trou central (\u00ab Park \u00bb ! )<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-preparation__list__item\">R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l\u2019op\u00e9ration jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9puisement de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 donuts !<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-preparation__list__item\">Disposer les Donuts sur une plaque de four recouverte d\u2019une feuille de papier cuisson ? les recouvrir d\u2019un torchon propre et laisser la p\u00e2te pousser 1 heure.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-preparation__list__item\">Enfourner dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 9 min.
