En effet, selon une \u00e9tude britannique effectu\u00e9e en 2014 \u00a0(National and Nutrition Survey), il semblerait qu&rsquo;au cours des 10 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, nous avons globalement\u00a0r\u00e9duit notre apport journalier de sel\u00a0de 9,5 g \u00e0\u00a08,1 g seulement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>C\u2019est encore 2 g au-dessus des recommandations journali\u00e8res, et 6 femmes sur 10 consomment bien plus que les <u>6 g recommand\u00e9s.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mais alors\u00a0? Quels sont les dangers d\u2019une alimentation trop riche en sel\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En plus d\u2019augmenter notre risque d\u2019<strong>hypertension art\u00e9rielle<\/strong>, qui peut mener \u00e0 l\u2019infarctus et aux maladies cardiovasculaires, une trop forte consommation de sel augmente \u00e9galement la fuite du calcium osseux, nous rendant plus susceptible \u00e0 l\u2019<strong>ost\u00e9oporose<\/strong>. Les autres risques comprennent <strong>l\u2019insuffisance r\u00e9nale, les calculs r\u00e9naux, la d\u00e9mence, le diab\u00e8te, l\u2019asthme et le cancer de l\u2019estomac.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour prendre conscience du probl\u00e8me, il faut encourager encore davantage la r\u00e9duction de notre consommation de sel, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la <strong>lecture et au contr\u00f4le des \u00e9tiquettes<\/strong>, mais aussi <strong>en cuisinant davantage du \u00ab\u00a0fait-maison\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> de A \u00e0 Z.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La raison<\/strong>\u00a0? Il ne s\u2019agit pas seulement des sources \u00e9videntes de sel dans notre alimentation \u2013 saucisses, charcuterie, chips, sauces, fromage, pizza, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales etc. \u2013 aliments que nous devrions normalement manger en quantit\u00e9s moindres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce qui est <strong>inqui\u00e9tant<\/strong>, ce sont les aliments et les ingr\u00e9dients que nous pensons \u00eatre bons pour notre sant\u00e9 et qui peuvent aussi \u00eatre\u00a0remplis de\u00a0sel. Bien souvent, ils en contiennent plus dans une portion type recommand\u00e9e que dans un petit paquet de chips sal\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>En pratique<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>nouvelle l\u00e9gislation europ\u00e9enne<\/strong> stipule que d\u2019ici fin 2016, tous les plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9s auront l\u2019obligation d\u2019afficher leurs apports en sel.
