Ils sont ajout\u00e9s partout d\u00e8s le petit-d\u00e9jeuner avec : le pain de mie, la brioche, la confiture, les yaourts aux fruits, les jus de fruits en bouteille, les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019exc\u00e8s de sucre est alors stock\u00e9 dans le foie, mais surtout il est emmagasin\u00e9 dans les cellules adipeuses qui vont le stocker avec grand plaisir et engendrer une prise de poids.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A savoir, que plus la quantit\u00e9 de sucre est importante, plus cela va faire travailler le pancr\u00e9as et donc faire chuter la glyc\u00e9mie parfois tr\u00e8s rapidement. Cela provoque alors une hypoglyc\u00e9mie responsable de fringales qui poussent \u00e0 reprendre\u2026 des produits sucr\u00e9s !! Nous voil\u00e0 pris au pi\u00e8ge dans une spirale infernale, au secours !!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En pratique pour cuisiner moins sucr\u00e9, il vous faut :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Des \u00e9pices |<\/strong> La cannelle (qui en plus va r\u00e9duire les envies de sucre) et la vanille apportent de la saveur et parfument vos recettes de fa\u00e7on douce en faisant illusion.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Du chocolat<\/strong> (Ah, un sourire !) | Noir \u00e0 80-85% de cacao, \u00e0 croquer ou sur des brochettes de fruits ou fruits cuits (poire, banane,&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>De la<\/strong> <strong>noix de coco<\/strong> | R\u00e2p\u00e9e dans les desserts pour une touche exotique et savoureuse.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> Du sirop d\u2019agave<\/strong> | Le +, un IG bas (19) qui limite les pics d\u2019insuline, mais doit \u00eatre consomm\u00e9 avec raison car il apporte tout de m\u00eame des calories!<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Des fruits secs |<\/strong> Dans la p\u00e2tisserie, dans les laitages, mix\u00e9s, coup\u00e9s en petits morceaux<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Coulis de fruits |<\/strong> Fruits parfum\u00e9s et sans sucres ajout\u00e9s.
