sal\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-preparation__list__item\">\n<h3 class=\"__secondary\">Etape 2<\/h3>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, couper les mangues en petits d\u00e9s, en en r\u00e9cup\u00e9rant un maximum de jus.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-preparation__list__item\">\n<h3 class=\"__secondary\">Etape 3<\/h3>\n<p>De m\u00eame, hacher la <a class=\"af_al\" href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/magazine\/herbes-folles_zoom-sur-la-coriandre_1.aspx\">coriandre fra\u00eeche<\/a> (quelques branches peuvent \u00eatre gard\u00e9es \u00e0 des fins de pr\u00e9sentation).<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-preparation__list__item\">\n<h3 class=\"__secondary\">Etape 4<\/h3>\n<p>Faire fondre le <a class=\"af_al\" href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/magazine\/diaporamiam_pur-beurre-c-est-meilleur_1.aspx\">beurre<\/a> dans un wok et y ajouter les d\u00e9s de mangue pour les griller bri\u00e8vement. Quand ceux-ci se ramollissent, ajouter le sucre de canne et le jus de mangue afin de caram\u00e9liser l&rsquo;ensemble.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-preparation__list__item\">\n<h3 class=\"__secondary\">Etape 5<\/h3>\n<p>Ajouter la presque enti\u00e8ret\u00e9 de la <a class=\"af_al\" href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/magazine\/plein-d-epices_coriandre_1.aspx\">coriandre<\/a> hach\u00e9e et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-preparation__list__item\">\n<h3 class=\"__secondary\">Etape 6<\/h3>\n<p>Une fois les quinze minutes pass\u00e9es, \u00e9goutter les homards et les laisser refroidir deux minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-preparation__list__item\">\n<h3 class=\"__secondary\">Etape 7<\/h3>\n<p>A l&rsquo;aide de ciseaux (ou d&rsquo;un excellent couteau), couper ceux-ci en deux, dans le sens de la longueur.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-preparation__list__item\">\n<h3 class=\"__secondary\">Etape 8<\/h3>\n<p>Griller les homards 5 minutes, c\u00f4t\u00e9 ouvert vers la source de chaleur. Ceci peut se faire soit dans un four disposant d&rsquo;un grill, soit au <a class=\"af_al\" href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/magazine\/tendances-gourmandes_barbecue_1.aspx\">barbecue<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-preparation__list__item\">\n<h3 class=\"__secondary\">Etape 9<\/h3>\n<p>Servir les homards, agr\u00e9ment\u00e9s du coulis de manque, sur un lit de riz parfum\u00e9 de coriandre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"recipe-chief-tip mrtn-recipe-bloc \">\n<div class=\"title-with-icon\">\n<h4 class=\"mrtn-text--active recipe-chief-tip__title mrtn-recipe-bloc__title title-with-icon__title\">Note de l&rsquo;auteur<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"mrtn-recipe-bloc__content\">Personnellement, je retire les visc\u00e8res&#8230; Libre \u00e0 vous de les laisser.
